Introduction

I’ve known Gefflin for many years, starting in sophomore year in Berkeley. She is a kind, playful, and trusty friend. When she told me that she had met Sean, I was curious what kind of man he was.

In the subsequent months/years, through volleyball, dinners, and actually living in their house for a couple of months (by the way thanks again for providing shelter for me), I got to know Sean and Gefflin as a couple very well. They grew together over the years. They tag teamed in volleyball, traveled all around the world together, bought a house together, built a fence together, etc. Needless to say, I think these two are perfect for each other.

Fast forward to September 2018, these two said their vows that will last a lifetime. It was an overcast and chilly day in Santa Cruz, but these two were surrounded by the warmth of their families and friends. I had the pleasure of being able to capture their big day! The day went by in a blink of an eye for sure, but I hope that these photos will help them remember this joyous day in the years to come.
