Nella Terra Cellars Wedding - Yang Lu Photography

On 10/10/2020, Brandon and Emily officially tied the knot and celebrated their marriage at the Nella Terra Cellars in Sunol. But before that day, COVID threw so many curve balls at them that they had to consider pushing out their wedding and splitting the ceremony and reception into two different days, reducing their guest count, etc. However, they ultimately powered through the pandemic and still held their wedding on the original 10/10/2020 date. Heck yeah!

The day started with Emily and Brandon getting ready at the Lafayette Park Hotel & Spa. Their suites were huge, and the hotel had plenty of places to take photos. We chose the grand stairway for group photos. It’s FANTASTIC! Check out the photo of Emily walking down the stairs, with her long veil stretched behind her.

After they were ready, Emily hopped into the limo with her dad, while Brandon left with his groomsmen to the church – St. Isidore Catholic Church in Danville. The church has a beautiful, symmetric ceiling, and the warm lights and colors gave the church a relaxing feel. The ceremony went without a hitch.

From there, the fun officially began! We headed straight to the Nella Terra Cellars because we wanted to get there early for photos. So glad we did, because we had plenty of time to snap photos not of just the couple, but of their entire bridal party too! Nella Terra had SO much scenery to offer, we probably could have taken photos for another hour. We loved their garden, their bridge, the vineyard, the hills for sunset, and the fairy light tree.

Needless to say, we had easily delivered over a thousand beautiful photos. These are just a couple of photos for this blog. I’m ecstatic the day went as smoothly as it did, and that Emily and Brandon have photos they can cherish for the rest of their lives!
