Miki and Erik were introduced to me through my friend, Erica. After a phone consultation, I felt they were the kind of couple I’d like to work with, and they felt the same way about me! Perfect match!

For their engagement session, they wanted something local, outdoors, and big redwood trees. Those fit their personalities very well – they loved the outdoors. Therefore, I recommended  Sanborn County Park because it fits all those criteria. There was a huge grass field, tall redwood trees, an empty picnic area, a pond, and much more. In addition, the sunlight was gorgeous as it shined through the redwood trees, giving an angelic look to Miki and Erik.

I enjoyed this engagement shoot with Miki and Erik immensely because I felt like they fit perfectly with my personality! They told me they were shy and awkward in front of the camera, but I felt none of that throughout the session. The only things I can remember were the laughter and more laughter. Clearly, you can tell that by looking at the photos!

I can’t wait to document their wedding day in Nella Terra Cellars in Sunol next year!
